Amati Polacca Model Boat Kit.
Appearing in the Mediterranean Sea at the beginning of the 18th century, the polacca was used either as an escort ship or as a merchantman. This example was used by the Venetian Fleet on the Adriatic Sea to protect the shipping routes of Venice from the Dalmatian, Greek & Turkish pirates.

Kit includes precut keel, frames and decks, wooden planking, metal and wooden accessories, sails and flags, decorations and cannons, instructions and construction plans.
